"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

"It was a nice stay, great location for Lymington and ultimately very good for the price. The parking is very convenient but we were sent the wrong code details and the instructions to find it were poor. The pub and the rooms have seen better days but the rooms were clean. tv only worked on some channels and the room was accessed by 3 1/2 sets of stairs so no good if you are challenged by stairs! All in all a nice stay, nice staff."

"Great location right on the cliff front with views over the Channel, plenty if free parking on site, a great vibe to the place, very friendly and helpful staff and lots of them, extremely popular with locals which says plenty, and really excellent food in the restaurant. Recommended!!"
