The room was filthy. Big black stains on the carpet. The dust and cobwebs everywhere. The room has not been cleaned and dusted for a very long time. The sink in the bathroom had a white residue underneath. The curtains were not fitted properly and were hanging in an odd way from the rails. The shower door or the shower cubical will not close and was coming off the rail and just hanging on the top wheels. Absolute disgrace. They have ruined our romantic evening. I cried and asked to check out but they told me to contact expedia. We were very tired and decided to stay after all. They offered 100 pounds refund and free breakfast which we exepted but then evening was ruined and we were very upset. Whrn we were talking to the on duty manager the gentlemen was rude and argumentative . we are really in shock how they can let out a property like this. Disgraceful. They are disgrace to the industry.
