It is very good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Alistair, the reception manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient for the Triangle area. I would definitely stay at the Laguna Hotel again.

Hotel was very clean and staff are lovely. Pool area is nice when quiet. You can walk into the main area of shops and restaurants in around 10 minutes and 25 minutes to the pier. It would be nice if there was some fresh fruit available at breakfast, but otherwise the traditional breakfast was nice.

Great budget option.

Great budget hotel. Very clean with friendly atmosphere. Shame bar and restaurant wasn’t open but short walk to town. Really nice breakfast and service. Definitely stay again. For the price it was excellent.

The staff is very efficient. I wanted to say thank you to Carol and the other staff members for making my stay very welcoming. Laguna is my favourite hotel in Bournemouth for its old-style look and staff services. The proximity to both the town and the beach makes it convenient for walking. The swimming pool facilities are a nice touch as well. All in all this is a lovely hotel with lovely staff, and I can't wait to return soon.

Best value for money!

Very helpful crew helped us rapidly when arriving late. The place is rather historic than state of the art, but never have I had so much value for my money and we 4 loved the full English breakfast (pay appart) served by a very friendly staff. Recommended if you want to overnight or weekend in Bournemouth to a fair price. We didn't try the pool though, it might have even raised my appreciation!
