"Very good location. Ideal to travel to Shibuya, Ginza and Shinjuku. Around the area has a 24 hours drug store and two more drug stores as well as 2 family mart and 7/11 nearby. You can walk to Akasaka station (8mins) or walk to Akasaka-Mistsuke station (2mins). There’s also a BIC Camera store located at the station, very convenient. The best thing about the hotel room is that the toilet is not cramp and the water pressure is amazing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only down side is that it gets noisy at night went the bars around. "

"The room was very comfortable, offering great views of Tokyo. The breakfast at The Artist’s Corner in the 43rd floor was a brilliant way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many options with a theme park, shopping plaza, so many eating places, and 2 minutes to Suidobashi station. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend."

"Had reaerved a room with pull out sofa bed was downgraded and charged same amount. Move to annex across the street and was not in the main building. Had to cross construction area with tools and building materials strewn everywhere woth luggage and my yound daughter in tow. Stains on the sofa and floorof the room. Never stay here again. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Five star service across the board. Great accommodations, lovely staff, great breakfast. The restaurants on 6th floor are fantastic. We visited during Sakura season and this hotel did not disappoint. "

"The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub. Only bbc news English Channel. There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats."

"Excellent hotel, very modern look. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which made information sharing easy. The pastries and coffee options in the morning were pleasant and much appreciated especially with kids who truly enjoyed the hazelnut donuts offered. Only issue I had was the room was very smal, with two twin beds accommodating 2 adults and 2 small kids. There was barely any space for luggage or to move around. But for the location, room price, etc, we managed as we didn’t spend that much time besides sleeping after sightseeing. All in all, we spent 5 nights at the hotel and would recommend it to families as it’s hard to find affordable rooms for 4 people in Tokyo. "
