「The front desk clerk was absolutely pleasant. The room was very clean and tidy. There are several amenities in the area, but I did not have to use any of them. My sister and I stayed for one night only.」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! The valet parking was simple and the hotel was only a 15 minute walk from our destination so it made things so much easier. Didn't visit the roof top bar but the bar located inside the hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it to not have to leave the hotel.」

「Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, and always greeted when we walked through the doors. Truly enjoyed only being a short walk to Acrisure Stadium and downtown Pittsburgh was just over the bridge. 」

「Upon arrival, staff was extremely rude and unkind. The rooms were ok. No fan in bathroom, so entire room was hot and steamy when showered. Sheets had rips in them. But, was a cheap spot to sleep. 」
