We come to Pittsburgh a few times a year and have been searching for our “go to” hotel. Unfortunately, we still need to search. The parking and check in was fine and the pool was small but served its purpose. The room looks nice however, our deadbolt didn’t work and I didn’t realize it until we got back to our room after 11pm. Once we got into bed and turned the lights off, the 2 smoke detectors flashed a bright white light every 6 seconds, literally. Luckily my daughter, who has Epilepsy, wasn’t with us however, my son, who suffers with chronic migraines, had one because of those flashing lights. He ended up needing to sleep underneath his pillow. Those problems along with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all bring in the wrong container in the shower, we won’t return unless we are coming for a Pirates game because the hotel is literally right across the street. Also, a lot of people complained about needing to pay for parking but my reservation on Expedia, included free parking.
