「Tidy and comfortable 」

「Its near Imago shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabulu. You have to contact the hotel before arrival coz there s no front desk. There is a great breakfast on ground floor and a 24-hour supermarket.」

「Good location, good facilities, good view. Bathroom (drain) was too smelly.」

「the owner is very nice and detailed to explain the check in procedue. You can park your car at 5th floor with access card. the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay. 1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.」

「Good place to stay. Good accessibility to airport, local restaurante and convenience stores, however, difficult to find to strangers or travellers.」

「裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！」

「マンションの1室。レストランや24時間空いてるコンビニ等もそばにあり便利。遅くまで人が多い様子。 部屋はキレイで水回りも問題なし。窓からの景色は表の通りとかなり差がある。 フロントがなくセルフチェックインで少し不安だったが、鍵の受け取りに少し手間取ったが事前にメール連携された手順書見ながらやれば問題ななかった。」

「Fin lys lejlighed med de fasciliteter, der var lovet. Madrasser og hovedpuder var dog hårde og så var poolen under vedligehold hele vores 3 dages ophold. Havde faktisk valgt det bla. pga. den. Ejeren kunne ikke gøre noget ved det eller tilbyde kompensation. Kommunikationen med ham var ellers god, svarede lynhurtigt på WhatsApp.」

「このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。」

「Pleasant stays」

「The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Hopefully, there's improvement in the future. 」

「large space, clean overall except some insects/ ants in the room. can communicate easily with landlords 」

「We were left waiting at marina lobby, nobody showed up. We had to stay somewhere else. I want my money back.」

「This is one of my favourite place to stay. Indeed worth the price and we will definitely will come again for our next visit. 」

「入住接待開始，至房務、餐廳，每一位服務人員都非常親切、熱忱、主動。 活動、課程規劃，戶外室內可以多元選擇。老少、男女皆宜。非常適合渡假放鬆。」

「It would be nice if every room had a sea view」

「對面有大型商場，附近亦有很食店！房間亦很乾淨及寬敞，沖涼水力亦都唔錯。22/F 食早餐環境非常好，為獨食品種類不是太多選擇！」
