「Very nice hotel!」

「overall good」

「The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants. The room is spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has diversity of choices and is delicious. 」

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」

「Great stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, my only criticism is the rooms didn’t have a fan or aircon, apart from that, it’s a really nice quiet hotel, will definatley stay again.」

「Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist」

「Not worth for money ! 」

「Convenient location, quiet on 7th floor, Q park around the corner, great big comfy bed, good shower, good internet and great breakfast. Bathroom a little small.」

「住宿環境很好，距離Birmingham 重要景點步行可到，周邊餐廳選擇也豐富。」
