"Amenities were awesome. Very nice resort. Rooms were a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. My only complaint was they tried to charge me 25$ a night x5 nights for a bassinet for my newborn. I went and bought one for 60$. Resort fees and parking really add up- over 400$ for a 5 night stay. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re getting a good rate. Restaurants are good but severely overpriced- can walk across the street and each much better and for way less money, "

"Everything was great considering they are under construction. The shower curtain was not clean but the rest of the room was clean. Both pools were open which was wonderful! "

"Great stay with a beautiful view of the beach. Overlooked the pool but it was not loud when you closed the balcony. Lots of things to do at the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants."

"This place was really cute and the Dining room was beautiful! The wait staff was really friendly and so was housekeeping. My major complaints with this place that you don’t have one point of contact for anything so it’s a bit frustrating that you have to call several different numbers for items you want/need. Also the ice situation was annoying too. They don’t have a traditional ice machine, but just a freezer on each floor where you can go out and get little bags of ice which was fine, but by the third day, they had ran out of ice and indicated that their main ice machine was broke downstairs and that we might not get anymore. I pushed back on that because I wasn’t gonna go three more days without any ice also no vending machines or ways to purchase any soft drinks or beverages so that was a little annoying too. It would be nice if they would invest in a microwave for each room not very expensive to do and give their customers a better experience. You can get a little microwave at Walmart or target for under 100 bucks even the smaller ones for around 50. We had a Ton of leftovers from visiting several of the restaurants in down but no way to heat them up. We wasted a lot of food. Overall, it was a good visit, but those were just a few little amenities that would’ve been nice to have and would have made the trip a much more enjoyable experience."
