「Room wasn’t ready & check in. We had to ask 3x for towels, lights didn’t work over vanity. Roach present in bathroom. Upon checkout staff tried to charge me extra when the balance had been paid in full upon check in. She was rude and argumentative.」

「Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. 「This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs.」

「We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling.
