「浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。」

「Lovely hotel, staff friendly and food on site was lovely. Quick service and nice environment. Certain parts of the building are quite run down and need fixing, I.e. health club ceilings visibly damaged and in a state of disrepair in areas but overall didn’t detract from experience. 」

However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. 「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「Beautiful parkland and excellent room and facilities - we enjoyed the spa and gym too. The gym was well supplied with machines and weights. All the staff were friendly and helpful and catered for a number of special requests. A shame we were there on a Monday night when the Orangery restaurant was not open as we would like to have tried it. Would definitely recommend.」
