「I had a horrible experience at this Holiday Inn. Check in was easy and friendly. We went in the room, dropped our stuff, went to dinner, came back and when we took off our shoes the carpet on a good part of the room was soaked. I advised the front desk and they said they didn't have another room and gave me towels to clean the floor. I decided to leave and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund because I booked with Expedia. I spoke to Expedia and they said since it was pay at the...

「Peaceful setting in the trees surrounded by shopping, and restaurants. Very nice breakfast. One tweak would be their cereals are all kid cereals, but plenty of other good choices. We've stayed here many times and enjoy it.」

「In trying to get a reservation with Expedia, the dates were confusing, and therefore, I planned a reservation on the wrong date… Since it was not refundable, there was nothing I can do… I was very annoyed by this process… I may not use Expedia again」

「Our room had a light dangling from the ceiling in the bathroom, the couch bed was broken and our kids ended up sleeping on the floor and couch cushions. The breakfast ran out early and they didn’t refill it before we decided we’d just leave and go next door to the restaurant. The room also smelled horribly strong of perfume when we arrived. It was overpowering for a while.」

「Our family had a great weekend stay here. The rooms were large with a lot of space for your belongings. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, we will stay here again next time we are in Spring Hill.」
