「The room was amazing. Kimberly Elder the Sales Director was over the top accommodating. Ivory at the front desk was amazing. This property is great but the people you encounter here make it the only place I stay when in Franklin. 」

「Nice, New, clean ! Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip. Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort. Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties 5 stars all around 」

「Staff was incredible - quick and easy check-in process. As of my stay in February 2026, they offered two complimentary water bottles a day per guest at the front desk, (as well as other drinks and snacks available for purchase), and the check-out time was 12 noon, which was incredibly convenient. I did leave a little earlier than noon, but I loved that my morning wasn't rushed to ensure I made it out on time. As far as the room, it was comfortable and clean. The shower had good water pressure...

「The first thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff! This hotel has the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hot breakfast was fantastic! They even had little omelettes! The room was clean and nicely laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!」

「Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me.」
