「Took a hour to check in and it was already 8pm when I arrived. Room was not properly cleaned and had an odor. Elevators went out during stay, phone at hotel was out so could not contact them. Only positive thing was staff was excellent and friendly. Tried their best to work with what they could control. 」

「The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is in a beautiful and safe location. Just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite was the heated pool. However, the pool is small, and water was a bit murky. The hotel overall is clean and looks good, but in the details, there is aging starting to set in. Rust on lighting fixture.
