「The room I got was okay before inspection. I got a king bed for the night and underneath the desk were three little chocolate-like, maybe even “Milk Duds” candy droplets along the floor. In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. 「The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!」
