「We did not stay at this property! Our plans change due to mother-in-law having a stroke. We notified the hotel 4 days in advance to cancel the reservation and they would not give us our money back. Expedia try to help but the hotel refused to refund the money.」

The TV service was broken for a few hours the first day, and on my last two days, one of the two elevators was broken, so it took quite a while to get up to the room.」
