「Friendly staff, great location 」

「Although there is a new renovation, some electricity applicances still need to improve in maintainance. In the hotel restaurant, it seems there is lack of human resource in servicing of breakfast in the morning. BTW, I'm quite appreciate with the service of all the staff in this hotel. They are kind and helpful.」

「酒店的位置係方便的。但第一天入住就發現厠所有臭味，通知左酒店，有改善。不過，第二天又有臭味，所以，我覺得這是個渠道問題，不易改進！酒店沒有洗衣設施，但網站話有的，所以，不知是誰的錯誤！床已有一般日子，所以，不舒服！」

「房间很宽敞，离城堡不远，有停车位。不过照片里的优美景色不是定最好的房间，是根本看不见的。」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」

「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...

「職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。」
