However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. 「Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway. 」

「Highly recommend staying at the Colonial Motel if you're going to be in the area. My wife and I wanted a spot close by Mt. Washington so we could hike and then enjoy a nice night before and after said hike. Colonial is a clean and cozy motel and checked off all the boxes we needed. Staff was very friendly and even called us and walked us through the check-in process as we were arriving late. Great location in North Conway, right next to the main street with numerous restaurants and shops close...

「We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. 」
