「This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. 「This was a great option for my family of 4 (including 5 year old and 1 year old) so we could enjoy the beach. Kids loved the mini water play pad area (it does appear that some of the pipes could use an update). Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but very tight with 3 rows of tables plus the food. Not very ADA compliant, but great food options and beverages, consistently restocked throughout the service. 」

「I loved how the hotel was so clean and looks brand new. What I disliked was the staff, at least one of the ladies. I checked in on the 3rd of July about 3pm and the lady that attended me was so rude. I’m assuming it was the end of her shift, she spoke to me like I was a slow human being. I registered my name with my first and my fiancé last name. Not sure how that happened but she was very rude about it as if I was not giving her my correct information. 「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」
