「从机场出来真近，太方便了。房间比较小」

「La habitación no la limpiaban muy bien, además q era muy incomoda, sin closet, no había donde colgar una toalla de manos ni la de baño, no hay puerta de baño y todo se moja y la taza esta super pegada a la pared, apenas puedes sentarte. Un dia compramos fruta para llevarnos a un tour, la compre subimos al carro y empece a comer y salió mal la fruta sabía caducada, y no había tiempo ya para regresar. La piscina no la vi muy limpia, no se si hay otras habitaciones mejores, pero la de pista parcial...

「Older property, not very well maintained. Minimal breakfast included. Good location with two different beach accesses and restaurants in walking distance. Decent value.」

「Location is great!! Super close to the airport and other excursions! Room was very clean and loved it had a balcony with a beautiful view! Property management was very communicative and responded fast! Check in and out proceed was smooth! No complaints 」

「Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smelled like black mold and some staff members were rude. Too much money with 0 comolementary stuff everything was over priced to the max」

「Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived hours before check in they were able to get me into a room very quickly. When checking out we had hours before our evening flight hotel staff offered to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. This was our 2nd time @ The Royal Sonesta in PR we do love it and will likely return. The pool could have been a little cleaner this time around.」

「Staff were helpful and respectful. The elevators are very small. Carpets in hallways were dirty in a few spots, Rooms were fairly clean for the most part. Bathroom shower had a bad pitch and would be showering in standing water. Towels weren’t appealing, grayish and discolored! The no late check out was the biggest flaw, understanding that room turnovers have to be made late check outs should be optional. Accommodations here was good overall.」

「Well we waited a little bit to check in because no one was at the desk but we can leave our luggage at the desk before we check in thank God so we can to do some stuff before we come back to check in. We were surprised by drinks and snacks in the room. We had breakfast, coffee and oj. The only thing that bothers me is the fruit flys which they can't control understandable. I was satisfied overall.」
