「stayed here just for a night but found everything to be beautiful, safe, and an overall great experience. I arrived injured, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Overall a pleasant stay, with a few misses in service/hospitality. First day, we stopped at the bar ordered a margarita with Cointreau, we were charged $12 for the Margarita + $12 for the Cointreau up charge = $24…typically there would be a $3 to $4 up charge for this less than 1oz ingredient. On a separate occasion we had dinner at Alba, sat outside by the pool, there were 4 employees (1 bartender, 3 servers), 4 tables sitting outside, no tables inside and still waited 30 plus minutes to...

「Thanks to the Residence Inn front desk staff for a wonderful service. I got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast had a variety of options both hot and cold food. Would highly recommend the hotel! Great location, short walk to beach. Hotel provides beach chairs and umbrella. Pool was clean and refreshing. 」
