「Enjoyed my stay」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. Good services with a reasonable price. Thanks again for the great efforts of the staffs in Stone Gate Inn. Thanks for giving us a wonderful March Break.」

「The gentleman checking us in went above and beyond his duty. He tried to find us a room on main floor, but when he couldn't he carried our heavy bags up to the third floor. So friendly and happy to serve. 」

「Room is too dark that you might need to bring a floor lamp to make it better. Other then that is front disk should present better on where is breakfast and what time it will be end? 」

「Staff were very professional, provided a bottle of water, piece of plywood for my motorcycle kickstand and some windex and microfibre towel to clean the bugs off my motorcycle - all without me even asking. Very polite and responsive. This property is very well maintained and attention to detail is evident. It was quiet. Lots of parking. Very spacious room that was very clean and well presented. Would recommend this property.」
