「The room was larger then expected, the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the fire place was a lovely touch, the kitchen was great as well. Well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. If you are bringing your own coffee bring coffee filters, and also bring salt and pepper If youre doing any cooking. Lots of towels, the bed was comfy and good pillows. All in all an excellent stay. The indoor pool was great too! We came during off season and it was the best, barely anyone there. 」

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this...

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「The hot tub was not very hot and it was kind of cloudy and the pool had a lot of clumps of hair floating around in it.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Hotel was overall great andnit met all of our needs. Staff are super nice. Breakfast and the space for breakfast was good. The ice machines were broken, there is only one, very slow elevator and the doors to tje rooms seem to have some trouble. They seem to all catch when opening and bang when closing, making for a lot of noise. Cleaning in the bathrooms could also be better in and around the shower. 」
