We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, the room we had last time was in decent condition. This room was in need of repairs, needed some updated furniture (the chair had rips and stains) and had a musty odor.
We likely could have asked for a different room, but in the end stuck with the one we had.
The staff seemed friendly, and it is very affordable. Next year, we will be looking at a different hotel.
Ample parking. Clean room. Delightful front desk staff.

Property was easy to find. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows; however, the bathroom left something to desire. It was clean but definitely could use a refresh of walls and tub. The room smelled off when we first got there but seemed to improve once the air conditioner circulated the air. I would not consider their “free continental breakfast” sufficient. Only options were toast or a bagel and I had to put my toast through 3x and only one side toasted even after that. And yes I turned it over. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient and even moved us to a main floor room when she noticed I was using a cane and had limited mobility which was greatly appreciated. All in all it was an okay experience and a decent price point.
was booked for a event, now mind you when events happen the room rates go up too, but over all, was happy with the room, it filled our needs to a T. And may I add, the resturant accross the Street "Theo's" is the best in Orillia. But Getting back to Hotel/Motel, if your not looking for a 5 star place, and you want a clean comfortable place to stay, I would recommend.

Not the most comfortable bed ever, but for the price you get what you pay for! Staff was great, place was quiet, lots of dinning options walking distance...the breakfast I the morning could use at least one fruit option!
The staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. When we got there, someone was complaining their toilet didn’t work.
Our room was a disaster. Our door looked like it had been kicked in at one point, big boot sized crack in it. I feel the room itself had not been cleaned except the sheets and towels. The bathtub had water UNDERNEATH it and taking a shower was like standing on a water bed. There were shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall, but they were empty. The toilet was also NOT attached to the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken so the roll was left on the counter. There was old soap left in the shower from the previous people who stayed there. One of the wall plugs did not work. No coffee maker in the room. No fridge, no hair dryer, no side tables. Our room cards stopped working twice and the access inside our room from the parking lot was broken. We were driving through for the night so we didn’t want to much… but for $205 I was expecting a little more. SO DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Friendly staff and nice environment but we had issues with the room key several times
No heater , no comfy blanket , no water bottles in the room . Very old motel , need renovation & need new stuff . Should have less 90bucks or else I suggest try & explore better hotels . Night staff person was good but he helped a lot find a better room for stay with fine heat .

New airconditioners. The beds in the room we had were very old and out of shape, its nice cozy place, good channel list on the tv. They definitely need new beds. Service was good.

Staff was super helpful and polite. The beds were above average for this type of establishment. We stayed for 1 night majority of the light sockets, didn't work there was no fan in the bathroom. I
