We have stayed here multiple times and it is such a refreshing change from other accommodation in Barrie. Always very clean rooms, lobby and pool areas. Staff always very polite and cheery which includes both front desk, staff and any of the maintenance staff that we run into. It’s in a great location just easily off the highway, with a Tim Hortons just down the street and a grocery store just across the street. We love how much quieter it is in this area compared to other Barrie exits.

They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean.

The room was very nice, fresh and clean. Our only challenge was with managing the temperature. The room was far too warm for sleeping, but still worth a 5-star rating. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very nice.
