「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」

「Hotel is all right maintenance are not good. I asked them to fix the shower cause it was clogged and never got the help to unclogged it elevators. Anybody can get stuck anytime in there so I won’t recommend nobody to use the elevator. Other than that, the pool area was nice and the beach. But they are terrible to ask him to help what assistant. I went to the counter twice to tell them about the shower clogged, and they never did nothing about it.」

「A fine, clean, modern hotel, but the location is nuts! If you haven't rented a car, you are stuck with a $100 taxi ride from the airport! No apparent alternative way, no bus, no train, no shuttle. Other than that, a very solid, albeit, kind of isolated hotel.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...
