「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable.
