「Best Western Premier 的房間都是大套房的格局。即日預訂也能體驗這酒店確實是性價比高，服務很好！職員友善， 常有笑容！ 這次住宿碰巧是我的生日，很晚才到達酒店，這酒店都為我送上驚喜，酒店的職員跟總經理一同送上蛋糕到房間，並唱生日歌為我慶祝，令我有深刻的住宿體驗，實在感動， 還可以延遲退房。 缺點是當地基建發展未發達， 到酒店的途徑不多，不方便， 又不能步行到達， 周邊地區都只能靠車出入， Mega Mall 有免費的接駁巴士接送，但有時間限制。 第一次晚上到達不知道，要打的去酒店， 晚上的的士司機較奸詐，說好價錢上車， 途中不時說服你要加錢，還有籠斷的士市場，grab用戶晚上不能下單， 下了單也被要求取消訂單。只能親身找的士到酒店。 酒店本身包早餐， 自助早餐款式多很好吃！ 可惜只是住了一晚。整體的服務和設施都很好很新淨！ 游泳池設計好漂亮， 環境優美。 這酒店還附有自費的Spa 店， 服務也不錯！ 有機會再來一定會再住這間酒店！」

「Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great. Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. 」

By the way, the taxi services that hotel provided is very convenient for the tourist because in Batam, most of the taxi they do not have the meter and it is so hard to order a taxi when you are stay in vista hotel. In concluded, vista hotel is a very nice hotel, it has a budget price and nice living environment .」
