「Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. 「The hotel is located in a very nice place where has a brilliant view. Hotel service is good, spa service is cheap and really comfortable. By the way, the taxi services that hotel provided is very convenient for the tourist because in Batam, most of the taxi they do not have the meter and it is so hard to order a taxi when you are stay in vista hotel. In concluded, vista hotel is a very nice hotel, it has a budget price and nice living environment .」

「Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

「Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.」

「我們是到新加坡玩，住宿在 Swiss-Inn Batam。飯店的所在地距離最近的港口(HourborBay)搭 Taxi 要六塊多美金不算太遠。但是HourborBay到新加坡的船班每天只有四班，不是很方便。另外，飯店附近也沒有很多 Shopping 的地方，大部份時間都在飯店裡面休息。 而飯店本身的設施是非常簡易，健身中心只有三、四台設備，而且有些己經損壞不能使用。所以基本上我們並沒有使用他的健身中心。 Spa 的地方還算可以，只是舒適感不足，整體感覺不好。使用的精油似乎品質不佳，感覺不太洗得掉。 另外值得一提的是，我們沒有攜帶適合當地使用的插座轉換器，飯店人員很貼心的提供我們使用。」
