The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again.

Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby.
