I like the big size of the deluxe room which comes with a bath tub. We had a great time there. The staff are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room are quite comfy and spacious. However there were stains in the toilet bowl and bathtub has a weird smell. Overall it’s okay for a short stay. And the spa were great!

The hotel is clean and it is quiet. The massage is located at level 2, after the massage, we can go back to our room to rest. I like the convenience of Eska massage located at level 2. The staff are nice and friendly. Recommended to stay there.

Eska Hotel

Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great. Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course.

Room Reeked with Cigarette Smell

We booked 2 Superior Room Twin Bed Non Smoking for 28 to 29 Sep. Upon arrival, we are offered a free upgrade for one of the room to Deluxe Room with 1 Queen Size Bed. To our horror, the room was located on a Smoking floor Room No 323 and the whole room reeked of cigarette smell, including the shower curtains! We asked for a change of room but was told they are fully booked and only offered us a can of air fresherner. We are totally disappointed with the room provided, which made us very uncomfortable throughout the night and even our clothes reeked cigarette smell after we left the hotel.
