「Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me.
Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine.
The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty.

「Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out.
Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine.
Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile.
