「The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. 」

Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

「The hotel is located in a very nice place where has a brilliant view. Hotel service is good, spa service is cheap and really comfortable. By the way, the taxi services that hotel provided is very convenient for the tourist because in Batam, most of the taxi they do not have the meter and it is so hard to order a taxi when you are stay in vista hotel. In concluded, vista hotel is a very nice hotel, it has a budget price and nice living environment .」

Nagoya Food Court is within 8 minutes walk. It is a good location for traveling. The room smells, but I can get used to it. To be honest we can't ask for too much for less than $10 per night.
