「From the moment I checked in, not only was the staff friendly upon check-in no matter what my needs were they were extremely attentive. From towels to morning “hello’s”. The hotel was extremely clean and there was always hot water or coffee available 24/7. I always appreciate that. And a variety of teas and hot chocolate.」

「The room was great. This isn't like a normal hotel... it is some suites that are in an office building. Checkin was done at the security office and you have access to the club on floor 20. No complaints at all, a very nice place and great facilities, but if you are expecting a normal hotel with restaurants and people everywhere, this isn't like that.」
