「When I pulled up I thought it looked like a standard type Florida motel but……. I was wrong. Once you enter the back of the resort you will be totally surprised with 2 really nice pools, jacuzzi, very clean beach scene, beach restaurant , gourmet restaurant and bar and a really nice coffee shop. 」

「From the moment we arrived, our experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk clerk was rude during check-in and immediately questioned the number of guests, stating the reservation only showed two adults. I explained that I had correctly entered four guests when booking through Expedia, but she insisted there would be an additional charge. 「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Well...we booked this hotel for the location to the Pier and surrounding shopping. This hotel checked both those boxes. Eddie at the front desk was very friendly. So much so, that I stood in line at the desk for 20 minutes to get towels while he was checking in 2 guests-too talkative. The room was small. The listing said it was a queen bed. It was not. The shower handle for the hot water just spun around. Hard to get a good flow and temperature. It was not worth the cost for the amount we paid...
