The property is steeped in old-world charm and even more elegant than I'd envisioned. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating.

The room had a lot of charm reminding me of the Victorian decor throughout. I had a tiny balcony that looks out to a small park. The wood floors creaked on some spots as well as the bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and I loved sitting by the terrace area under the beautiful bougainvillea cascading down. Hotel is located about 15 minutes from the port. You can walk and also get a buggy taxi by the bus station if you have several luggages. I loved the...

This hotel is so beautiful. The people who work here are amazing and unbelievably kind. We received such superb customer service here. I've been to may hotels, and this is one of my favorites. We were super impressed with the comfort, high end service and hospitality at this property. In particular, the service of one of the concierge. Mr. Berk Şahnoğlu, was far and beyond. He was a fabulous guide and help for all the things we did which gave us a full experience of Istanbul in only 3 days. We highly recommend this hotel

Me and my fiancé stayed at over 10 different hotels in Istanbul. We stayed at this one, then another and came back to this place!!! We love it and it’s our favorite. She is from Russia and I’m from America.

It was nice and comfortable close to restaurants and shopping mall

We had a great time

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. There was also a very nice restaurant right up the street in walking distance. In addition, Uber is also an...
