I was extremely disappointed with the service of this hotel. Emir the staff I met on arrival lacked a great deal of customer service. I never felt welcome or comfortable. First and last ever stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location for both business and pleasure. Lots of amenities from parking to three swimming pool. Extensive SPA services. Rooftop bar, pool and restaurant are great place to unwind and admire the capital of east Roman Empire

The hotel is charming; however, for people our age, we prefer a flat shower rather than a bathtub. I hope they will consider such an option on our next visit.
