Hotel ist super, obwohl es schon etwas älter ist. Personal ist sehr nett. Aber, es gibt auch Negatives...! Es gibt z.B. keine Parkplätze, man muss schauen, wie man sein Auto parkt. Die ständigen Hochzeiten dort sind nervig. Dann gibt es null Parkplätze und es ist sehr laut. Es wird lange gefeiert. Die Location des Hotels ist echt nicht gut, aber für einen kurzen Halt auf der Durchreise absolut ausreichend.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Titanic Kartal. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Der Service insgesamt wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Es war deutlich sichtbar nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Im Badezimmer fand ich Haare vom vorherigen Gast, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Bettwäsche hatte auffällige Flecken, was das Schlafgefühl alles andere als angenehm machte. Für ein Hotel, das sich selbst im Business-Segment ansiedelt, erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Sauberkeit, Professionalität und Kundenorientierung. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Otelin odaları oldukça geniş ve ferah, konum olarak da gayet güzel bir noktada. Karşılama ve resepsiyon hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Ancak bazı noktaların geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Oda temizliği konusunda biraz daha özenli olunmalı; özellikle buzdolabının içi yeterince temiz değildi. Ayrıca resepsiyon tarafından önerilen Murat Alçınkaya Kuaför ne yazık ki tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otel misafiri olduğumuz için %25 indirim yapılacağı belirtilmişti ancak indirim uygulanmadığı gibi, alınan hizmet de oldukça vasattı. Elbette bu otelin doğrudan sorumluluğunda değil, fakat misafirlere böyle bir yerin tavsiye edilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Benzer şikayetleri başka misafirlerden de duyduk, bu nedenle gelecekte başka konukların mağdur olmaması adına bu önerinin gözden geçirilmesi faydalı olabilir. Daha önce farklı Titanic otellerinde de konaklama deneyimim oldu. Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi başarılı olsa da bu tesiste mutfak lezzetlerinin geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yine de genel anlamda keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, ufak dokunuşlarla çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunulabileceğine inanıyorum.

Resepsiyonda ve genel olarak otelde hizmet veren herkesten güleryüz ve nazikliğini bozmadan samimiyet gördük. Bunu görevleri gereği değil işletmeye aidiyet duydukları için yapıyorlardı sanırım. Takdir ettik.

01.06.2024 OTEL DENEYİMİ

Zincir otel olduğu için büyük bir beklenti içinde gittik. Fakat ne yazık ki yatağımızdaki yorganın üzerinde kan lekesi mevcuttu. Ayrıca otel odasında terlik ne yazık ki mevcut değildi. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda unutulduğu bilgisi verildi. Ve ancak ikinci aramamızda 25 dk sonra ürün odamıza ulaştırıldı. Bu iki konu beklentinin büyüklüğü düşünüldüğünde bizleri üzdü. Bunun dışında görevlilerin ilgisi, akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı, banyo konforu üst düzeydi.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Titanic Business Kartal Hotel zu übernachten, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Das Hotel bietet exzellenten Service und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und sehr komfortabel, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie haben stets dafür gesorgt, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das eine große Auswahl an frischen und köstlichen Speisen bietet. Auch das Spa und der Fitnessbereich sind hervorragend ausgestattet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Urlauber. Es gibt gute Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht erreichbar. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Titanic Business Kartal Hotel erstklassig und ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Ich bin gerne im Titanic Business Kartal. Es ist ein gutes Hotel. Die ständigen Hochzeiten und der damit verbundene Lärm ist aber ärgerlich. Parkplätze sind dann einfach nicht mehr vorhanden und man kommt auch kaum noch rein ins Hotel weil alles davor steht… passt nicht zu einem Business Hotel
