First class stay in Istanbul! Room, service, spa, food and amenities all were top notch in this wonderful place right above the Bosphourus! We chose the apartments and Dondu and Cihan took amazing care of us during our 4 night, pre-cruise stay. Great experience while we took in the wonders of Istanbul!

This hotel is beautiful and I had a room with sea view. The location has good proximity to some major attractions. The only negative things I noticed is the staff not too welcoming and they had taxi with pre metered rates of over 70lira. I guess it's an agreement they had with the taxis. Overall, not a bad 2 night experience.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the geographical area in the city as we found it required taking a taxi to most places as walking around is difficult due to its location, however the views of the Bosporus are amazing so I suppose there must be a compromise.

The best thing was the Bosphorus view of my room, which was very calming, peaceful. The room was quiet, insulated from the noises around and had an interesting unusual shape. The room was clean and efficient and the cleaning crew were very helpful and pleasant. The spa and massage experience was excellent. The outside pool was very pleasant as well. The breakfast was good but ended too early for people spending vacation in the hotel. I missed it most of the time. Thankful for the cafe inside and outside for late risers like me… overall I enjoyed my stay and will really missed the view.
