「Everything was great」

「The high reviews are either fake or over inflated. The entire hotel is filthy, the hallways have holes under the carpet that you can feel while walking and stains EVERYWHERE. The room was no better, layers of what looks like grease, oil, body liquids, and dirt on the walls, stains on all the furniture and fabrics, carpet held in place by staples that are sticking out and can cut you. 「When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

「Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. 」

The door to the third floor was very broken and propped open. The room has not been updated in many years. The furniture was worn and the curtain was broken. 「I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.」
