"From the first moments you walk in the air was off and up to over 80+degrees in the lobby and hallways. The first room that I was placed in smelled of fresh smoked maijuana, and we refused that room. So we were given another room where after further observation there had been some sort of party recently because there were balloon pieces on the floor and were visible upon entering the room, stains are all over the floor and my son could not sleep on the pull out couch due to trash and stains l over it. The shower curtain on one side was being kept up by a single screw that was falling out the wall, mildew, hair, and rusted over attachments were in the bathroom. On the tabletop where you can plug in a phone was broken and we did not use for fear of being shocked the table also had black smudges on it. I went downstairs and wanted a refund so I could go to another cleaner hotel, I was refused and after asking to speak to a manager never did they get him. I don't have money to burn so I had to go and purchase both Clorax, cleaning wipes, and Lysol and clean my room myself. The OUTSIDE was terrible crushed beer cans, trash around the chairs and the inside pool, my son nor his friends could use the pool it had a terrible smell and film. We were there for a tournament with about 15 other couples with children One couple had to leave due to bedbugs! WE ALL had a terrible experience in the beautiful Savannah. I would greatly appreciate a total refund, Thank You"

"Phenomenal staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick to resolve any issues had, and very knowledgeable. Stay overall was well, room was nice. Walls to the outside are a little thin so you can hear most of whats going on outside your door, but room to room it’s quiet. Convenient area, close to mostly everything and a straight shot downtown."

"I admit to using AI to generate this review but it was based fully on real experiences (we checked out 3 hours after check in and received a refund for the second and thirds nights we had booked) I would love to give this hotel a proper review, but unfortunately we only survived about three hours—just enough time to question every life decision that led us there. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted not by a friendly atmosphere, but by a very *enthusiastic* cloud of marijuana smoke that seemed to have booked a long-term stay. The scent wasn’t just in the hallway—it was in the walls, the air, possibly even the furniture’s emotional support system. Things really took a turn when police cars began arriving and casually patrolling the property like it was part of their nightly routine. Nothing says “relaxing getaway” quite like flashing lights and officers doing laps outside your window. For added ambiance, there was a man on the stairwell who appeared to be in a deep, philosophical conversation with the floor—completely unresponsive and definitely not part of the concierge team. Naturally concerned, we asked the receptionist if everything was okay. She assured us it was “perfectly safe”… all while speaking to us through a sliding glass window, safely sealed behind a locked door like she was preparing for a bank heist. At that point, we decided our survival instincts were worth listening to and made a speedy exit."
