「To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

「Lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (continental mainly) and gorgeous setting. Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. If you are happy walking every day in any kind of weather this is for you. 」

「Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage. Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. Wir werden es...

「You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met...
