「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply...

「Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huoneisto siisti ja todella tilava, aamiainen tosi monipuolinen ja tasokas. Laktoosittomia tuotteita löytyi hyvin. Yövyimme vain yhden yön, joten siivouksesta ei kokemusta. Ainoa pikku miinus, että huoneessa ei ollut kuin yhdet juomalasit, myös vedenkeitin olisi ollut kiva. Huoneistossa oli pieni jääkaappi.」

「Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner 」
