「Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel Tigaiga war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden am Tigaiga Suite abgesetzt (ein Kilometer vom Hotel Tigaiga entfernt und bergauf mit schweren Koffern. Zurück dasselbe. Reklamation beim Transportunternehmen Fehlanzeige.」

「Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. 「What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. 「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
