100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.

What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years back and they’ve made a nice job of what you can imagine was an older building. Breakfast was super tasty, with a wide array of different foods, hot and cold and the cherry was eggs made your way with tasty bacon 👌 The front of house staff, be it as reception or at breakfast we’re always on hand to assist. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom had its quirks as you’ll find out but nothing you can’t work around. We had the room cleaned again the following day as we thought it might have been rushed before we checked in. Would happily returns as overall, it was a pleasant experience. We would recommend the little pastry shop just outside to the left 🙂

Highly Recommended.

We stayed at DWO Nopal for a week as we explored Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz and Teide. It is clean, modern, stylish and san excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast was lovely, beds comfy, wifi consistent and air conditioning effective. Highly recommended!

Located in the very center and surrounded by really nice restaurants. Stunning view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast was good but the ladies there seemed overburdened from time to time and showed a lack of kindness.

very nice and modern hotel with good service. nice rooms and the breakfast is great. the location is perfect and you can park for free nearby. the only areas for improvement are that the rooms are a bit noisy (particularly the noise from outside and the cleaning trolleys in the corridor early in the morning) and that the beds move apart during the night because they are so light. In addition, the mattresses are quite hard. Despite that, a very pleasant stay.
