「Very quaint and laid back ambience. Normally travellers like us (retired professionals) might not connect with this sort of hostel, but we loved it. 「I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.」

Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. 「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out.
