The room was spacey and clean, the shower was nice, the airco worked very well. Most of the staff was really friendly, so that was a nice. The one major downside of this hotel are the towel wars that were happening. Without exagerating, before 7 AM, already 50% of beds were occupied near the pool, and there were already people laying on them, asleep, in the shade. The hotel had very nice signs that state reserving pool beds is not allowed, but without anyone to regulate it, this is useless. The food was also very good, and normally i don't like hotel food, but here it was very nice.

What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious very clean and comfortable beds, aircon, all amenities, cleaned daily. There is some building work close by but we didn’t feel it disturbed us. Looking forward to returning.

Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Bluck aufs Meer. Sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, das Drum Herum ist aktuell nicht sehr einladend und das große Hotel nebenan wir renoviert und man hat somit Baustellengeräusche. (Hier wäre eine Info vorab sehr schön gewesen)

The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous.

The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Thank you everyone for making our nine day stay so magical. Tereza and John X

The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent séjour à la mi-août 2026 en famille au Bahia Principe Escape Tenerife, un hôtel totalement rénové l'année dernière et parfaitement entretenu. Situé sur la côté ouest, à l'écart des villes balnéaires de Los Christianos et de Las Americas, ce magnifique ensemble, très bien équipé, constitue un bel écrin pour des vacances très reposantes. Réservé "Adultes only 16+", l'hôtel est extrêmement calme. Les animations en soirée se limitent à des animations musicales de qualité à proximité du restaurant "Buffet", à l'écart des chambres. Constitué de plusieurs bâtiments étagés, colorés et de style canarien avec des chambres très spacieuses, réparties autour des deux bassins d'une très grande piscine, c'est une très belle réalisation pour y passer de belles vacances. Autour de la piscine et côté océan, les espaces solarium sont très grands et bien équipés. Pas de pénurie de transats, de balinaises et de serviettes pour profiter du soleil ! Restauration : un très bon restaurant de type Buffet (petit-déjeuner, midi et soir), un second restaurant Gofio accessible en journée pour un snacking de qualité et le Volcan un excellent restaurant à la carte. Bar : un bar près de la piscine et un second au lobby. Formule All Inclusive intéressante. Point fort à signaler parmi les points forts : la très grande gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, à l'accueil, à la restauration et à l'oeuvre pour l'entretien des chambres. Très professionnels et toujours le sourire ! Nous recommandons !

I cannot explain how lovely most of the staff at this hotel are. It is so important and makes such a difference. Paula in the main restaurant was outstanding, as was Javier the lifeguard. It is ~25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to which is lovely after a 4 hour flight. The renovations are stunning. The quality of the beds, the bar furniture, fixtures and fittings is really evident. All inclusive drinks and food - outstanding. There was even à la carte ‘snack bar’ restaurant food between 12-6 which was wonderful. I don’t often consider returning to the same place, but if I were to go back to Tenerife, I would seriously think about it. Don’t hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel, it’s truly beautiful, immaculate, and very thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The food deserves a special mention: absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights and never once had the same thing at the buffet. Everything was delicious, original, and clearly prepared with creativity and quality in mind. The staff were incredible across the board, from front office to the bar and restaurant. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and full of good humour, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a sea-facing suite, which was lovely and added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. To top it all off, there was live entertainment every night with a great mix of music, from Spanish classics to a super fun ABBA night. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend.
