「Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking!
Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!」

「The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Tenerife. It felt like we had arrived an old haunted house. No toilet seat on the toilet, we had to sit directly on the porcelain. The whole of downstairs smelt of metal. We worked out it was coming from the four poster bed, the frame was made of metal and was going rusty. I honestly don’t know how people could stay here for a week. We were lucky and only had one night. Regency is dated and in need of a total refurbishment. You also have electric pylons...
