「The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
