"The hotel was great and was minutes away from the Mall of America. I would stay again if I ever make it back to Minneapolis."

"Driving up to the hotel parking lot was down right scary. Heavy Pot smell from shady looking people in several cars parked in the lot for a long time. The lot itself was very run down and broken glass everywhere. We were leery to even go in and check in to our room. Once we entered, the hotel was lovely and the staff was kind. We were able to park in the back lot because of our Park Sleep Fly rate. It was well lit and less scary. Our room was very clean and nice. No ice in the machine but not a deal breaker. Our shuttle driver was so very kind and sweet. I don’t know if we would stay there again because of that front lot. "

"Not the property fault but a women took off her wig and left it on the side of pool. My grandbaby slipped on it. "

"The Mall of America was extremely close. Great breakfast. Didn't have to make my own waffles."

"Hot tub could've worked and while breakfast did have options, it would be nice to have juice offerings. My daughter was sad that there was no juice. "
