Me and my family with 3 kids stayed for a mini-cation to go to the Mall of America. Front desk woman was very nice. Pool a smaller size with a hot tub and a sauna. Kids had fun in the pool. The rooms and beds were clean. I would definitely stay again.

The kids enjoyed the pool, however we had to go to the front desk to get towels. The hot tub was hot, but the bubbles didn't work. The beds were comfortable, but I would have appreciated more or bigger pillows. The one staff member was friendly and patient during check in. Loud yelling in the hallways late at night and airplanes early morning made for a very restless night of sleep. Breakfast was lacking water and juice. We liked that there were 2 waffle makers though!

Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!

Checked in online, but had to go through the whole process again and add my card and make a payment AGAIN on arrival. Room was OK - bathroom floor was sticky - and staining on the carpet - good size though and comfortable beds. Breakfast is extremely basic - toast, cereal and some fruit. For the price, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The water pressure could be stronger, but the hot water lasts a long time, which makes up for it. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool all night. The front desk staff were excellent—very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay, and I would definitely come back.

Staff was wonderful but the facility needs updating. No coffee maker in the room. The toilet paper roll wasn’t put on and just sat on top of the holder, the bathroom sink faucet looked like it needed some cleaning, blankets were too thin, tv didn’t work remotely and the remote had taped in the batteries. The phone cover came off easily and had no value as the extensions were all rubbed off. I would not stay here again.

Decent budget option. Pool was in good shape and had excellent hours. Room was efficient in its set up, but beds are quite firm. Breakfast offering was a bit odd in its set up. Milk machine is being used as a fridge causing frozen milk cartons and supplies were inconsistent from one morning to the next. Overall I would stay here again for the price paid.
